When setting up company address it says that the postal code contains characters that are not allowed. It only allows 4 characters, is there a way to fix this?

I'd like to know if the country is the issue, is there any way to know if my account is US based?

If your QBO account is a US version, you can check what your home currency is now. You may also check how much your bill is in your billing and subscription and compare it to the current discount or regular rate.
