When will Custom Roles be available to Global customers outside the US ?

We only have access to limited pre-defined roles, which will either increase mistakes and fraud (full access to users), or dramatically increase the work of the admin (limited access to users)

Indeed, it would be more efficient to give users permission based on their specific tasks to properly distribute it within your team without having unnecessary access to any other part of your company file. However, the custom user/role is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online for global customers.

 

Therefore, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers. They can incorporate your ideas when working on future product updates, ensuring the program meets your business needs.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Proceed to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your product improvement ideas.
  4. Click Next to submit.
