Hi there, HSN0786.

Welcome and thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'll share information and steps to ensure you'll be able to import your invoices without any issues in QuickBooks. I also appreciate you for providing the detailed error message while importing invoices.

Since there are no multiple lines on the invoices when importing them, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. Then, import those entries from there. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. Also, private browsing doesn't store local files or cache and makes sure you're able to save the customized invoices.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.

If the issue continues to occur, you'll have to double-check the mapping and make sure your spreadsheet’s column headings match with QuickBooks fields. You can click this article to see the detailed information on the do’s and don’ts when importing the sales transactions: Import multiple invoices at once.

Please refer to this article to view steps on how you can import and add your company info (such as company logo) to highlight your brand so it helps reflect your brand identity into your sales forms with less effort and time: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.

Please let me know if you should have any questions about this or anything else as I'm just a few clicks away. Have a good day.
