Where can I find the "email forwarding" function in a Business view? I don't have "Receipts" in Bank transactions and am getting a 404 error when clicking "take me there"

Currently, the option to email your expense receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable as the feature isn’t procurable in the International version. It also explains why you encounter the error 404. As of now, this feature is only available for QBO US subscribers.

I would advise sending this functionality as feedback in this case. This will help our product development team understand the features that business owners need to use the product conveniently. Here's how to submit your ideas:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, you can utilize the attachment section where you can affix the PDF copy of your receipts when you create an expense in QBO. Let me show you how:

1. Click the + New button.
2. Select Expense under Suppliers.
3. Complete the expense information.
4. Hit the Attachments icon, then locate and open the receipt from your folder.
5. Hit Save and close.

Other than that, you can consider utilizing a third-party application that allows you to the same functions in QBO. All available products that support integration with QuickBooks are available in our QuickBooks App Store.
