Hey there, @Aaniki.

Can share with me what type of add-on you're looking for in the QuickBooks Online Dashboard?

When you first see your company in QuickBooks, your Dashboard page contains boxes with links to options you can use to set up features in QBO. These will show the task that you need to accomplish while setting up an account. This will also show the summary of your business which is an essential part of a business plan.

As of the moment, these are the available boxes that you should see in the Dashboard menu:

  • Payroll setup
  • Setup guide
  • Shortcuts
  • Bank accounts
  • Cash Flow
  • Invoices, expenses, profit and loss, sales, and Accounts Receivable summaries.

For more info, please check out this article: How to use the Home Dashboard in QuickBooks.

Let me know if you need further assistance with this. I'm always around to provide answers and clarifications to your questions. Have a great day ahead and take care.

Thanks for getting back to me ReymondO.

I realise now that I wasn't very clear in my previous post. I should have said Apps instead of Addons....

Within the grey tab on the left of the screen under the "+New" sidebar. Currently mine shows the links to;

  • Dashboard
  • Banking
  • Sales
  • Expenses

There used to be a link right at the bottom that said

  • Apps

which took you to a page containing all the Apps that were linked to your account. For example I should have TSheets, (Just recently changed to "Quickbooks Time") and Quotient.

In summary, it was a link where one could go to find, install and view their current Apps

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for clarifying your concern, Aaniki.

The Apps menu is only offered in US, UK, Canada, India, France, and Australia accounts. That is why it is no longer on your Dashboard. However, you can still check for third-party apps in the QuickBooks Apps Store. If you are based in India, just change the flag icon to the Indian flag.

If you need references for QBO in the future, just click on Help and search for the topics that you need help with. For example, invoicing, taxes, etc.
