While renewing QB online accountant, facing issue with online payment. How do I resolver this or contact customer care?

Online payment page is showing error since last 4 days and payment is not going through, once I click on re-subscribe after filling card details CVV shows an error. Attaching screenshot for your reference.

It looks like a screenshot was not attached. From your reply, an error in resubscribing your account can be that your credit card address you entered is different from the address in your QuickBooks settings. You'll want to check that by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Company tab and scroll down to the Address section.
  3. Press the Pencil icon and change the address to a random address first and then save it. 
  4. Press F5 on your keyboard to refresh and then change it to the correct one. 
  5. Hit Save and then Done.

Then, you can resubscribe. If the error persists, I'd suggest doing the process through a private browser. Once it works as expected, you can go back to the main browser and clear the cache. You'll also want to use other supported browsers to get rid of these kinds of issues.
