Why am I unable to get in touch with your customer care executive??

Hi there, irumohandas.

 

I understand you need to get in touch with our customer care representative or the executive. The contact support options that'll appear depend on the time to reach them. That said, they're only open from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. This might be the reason you're unable to get in touch with our customer care executive. We also have limited staff and reduced support hours due to the pandemic. I recommend going to the Help icon. From there, you can contact us through messaging.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Type your question in the search box below or click on one of the following frequently viewed topics.
  4. Click No, I still need help.
  5. Select Contact QuickBooks Support.
  6. You'll be routed in the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  7. Choose Chat.
