Why are older invoices missing? Have they been archived?

Hi cathyatyeh!

 

I understand that you need to check and see the older invoices. Let me help you.

 

The past transactions will still remain on the account even if they are from years ago. One possible reason for this unusual behavior is due to accumulated temporary internet files in the browser. You'll want to use an incognito window and check it from there.

 

Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

The easiest way to review them is by clicking the Sales menu, select Invoices, and make sure that the Date is set correctly.

 

Also, you'll want to clear the cache to fix errors in QuickBooks Online or use a supported and updated browser.
