Why can I NOT see the saved invoices under Sales?

Under Sales, when I click on the All Invoices or the Invoices option, nothing happens and I am unable to view the entered sales invoices

I want to ensure you'll see your invoices in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @Funky_F.

 

I've checked our records and haven't found any report similar to this.

 

You may have encountered a problem with your browser caused by too much cache being saved on your browser and creating unusual system behavior. 

 

To fix this, let's open your account in a private window. It will help verify data issues in your browser.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

 

Once you're able to log in via a private window, go to the Invoices page and view all your sent invoices from there. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Sales from the left menu.
  2. Go to the Invoices tab
  3. Set the status and date.
  4. From there, you'll see all your created invoices.

 

If you see them, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
