Why Cellphone Quickbooks screens are different from laptop?

Hello, dclcoop. Let's differentiate the two devices you're using and make sure you can take screenshots.
 

QuickBooks screen is slightly different due to the type of device you're using. A phone screen and a laptop screen are different based on their size, resolution, and aspect ratio.

To take screenshots successfully, we'll have to enable it. If you haven't yet, you can follow the steps below.

 

  1. On QuickBooks Home page, select All.
  2. Scroll down and choose Intuit Account & Settings.
  3. Turn on the Enable Screenshots.
