Why doesn't my "Add your products and services to save time creating your next invoice" button work? Its only allowing me to open the (import a file) highlight

Hello, @Kanisha. I'm here to help with your concern about the button to save time when creating a new invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If you're referring to the button for adding a new line item on the Invoice page, then you can simply click the Add lines button.

 

Moreover, if you are referring to adding a new Product/ Service to the invoice. Then you can click the drop-down button and select + New to continue.

 

Additionally, if it's still not working, we can take these steps to see if this is a browser-related issue. This way, we can refresh your system and optimize your browsing experience.

 

  1. Use a private or incognito window.
  2. Clear browser's cache and cookies.
  3. Switch to other supported browsers.
  4. Repeat the steps provided above.
