Hello there.

This is not the experience we want our users to have with QuickBooks. Thanks for bringing this to our end. I can share some insights on how to manage your invoices in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before doing so let's make sure that after we create an invoice. Just ensure to click the Save and Close button.

If the issue persists, I recommend using a private window, which does not store temporary files. You can open an incognito window by using the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

If this solves the issue, you can also clear Intuit-specific cookies to refresh website preferences that may be causing problems when using QuickBooks Online. Here are the steps:

  1. Open your Chrome browser and click on the More ⋮ icon.
  2. Select Settings, then choose Privacy and Security.
  3. Click on Cookies and other site data.
  4. Click on See all cookies and site data.
  5. Type "Intuit" in the search bar and click on Remove all shown.
  6. Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.
