Hello there, @useradeline_shuyi.

The invoice date will not automatically change to yesterday's date or another particular date.

I'd like to know if you're able to do the app troubleshooting steps, such as uninstalling the application to start with a clean slate? If you haven't done it yet, I'd suggest performing it to remove any data issues.

Here's how you can uninstall the QBO app on your phone:

  1. Go to the Settings and select Apps.
  2. Locate the QBO app and tap Uninstall.

After that, you can restart your phone and then reinstall the QBO app. I've added the links to the App stores for Android and IOS:

If the same things happens, you can use other supported browser for QuickBooks. The following browsers are supported on both web and mobile devices:

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer Note: To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.
  • Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer

You'll want to check about receiving an invoice payment using the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

Please let me know how it goes. Take care, @useradeline_shuyi!
