It's a pleasure to have you in the Community today, Sherif. I've got you covered, and let's work this out so you can complete your tasks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before we do so, I need a little more information to understand what’s going on. Can you tell me what column section you're referring to when creating a bill? You can send a screenshot as well so I can provide you with an accurate resolution.

Please know that when creating a bill in QBO, there are actually default columns that are under Category and Item details. Here's a screenshot for your reference:

If these are the columns that you're referring to, you might be experiencing web browser issues. To rectify this, I recommend opening your QBO account in a different browser or a private window so QuickBooks runs effectively. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window or an incognito:

  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, create a new bill again. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Your browser stores these files to speed up websites. However, it can cause some problems in QBO when they become outdated. You can also use other supported web engines to learn what computer and browser are needed for the best experience when using QuickBooks.

For future reference, read and learn about recording a bill payment cheque or paying a bill using a credit or debit card in QuickBooks Online.

I hope this information is helpful. Don't hesitate to leave a reply if you have other questions or concerns. I'd be around to assist. Take care.
