Let me guide you on accessing the monthly subscription fee in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Malaysia, tass.

Let's access your billing history inside QBO to check the monthly subscription fee:

  1. Sign in to QBO as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Settings icon at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select Subscriptions and Billing.
  4. Choose the QBO tile and select View Payment History.

For more information about managing billing info in QBO, please refer to this article: Billing, payment, and subscription info in QBO.

Once you receive the expenses, you can enter or record them in QBO.

Moreover, you can utilize this article to learn how to run an expense report by the specific supplier in QBO: How to run and save a monthly expense report.

Feel free to comment below for further assistance with e-invoicing or other QuickBooks concerns. I'll be here to help you.

Thanks for reply but I don't think we are on the same page. My question is every monthly we pay subscriptions fee to you. But, we need E-Invoice from your company to claim tax deduction for this monthly subscription fee.
