Would i be able to upload the sale via excel sheet directly into quickbooks

I have connected all my online portals via unicommerce and ill download all my sales from unicommerce and can i upload all that data ie sales data via excel sheet in quick books.

and can i check if a customer is repetitive or not

No, there is no direct import of sales data from excel in QBO, you can check the app store for a third party app that might do it, or contact support at the ecommerce software site to see if they have a method to do that.
