I'll be happy to share with you the steps on how to clear your browser's cache due to the unexpected behavior that you encounter while adding a new customer contact.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click More.
  3. Click More tools, then, Clear browsing data.
  4. Add a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
  5. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files,".
  6. Choose Clear data.

Let us also try accessing your account and add new customer contact using a private browser or incognito browser.

 

Here are the shortcut keys that you can use:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Please also try to zoom in and zoom out your browser, it can be that the Button is hidden due to having a small screen.
