I’m here to help so QuickBooks will display accurate data on your Dashboard, @faisalshivani.

The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the platform's functionalities.

You can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. First, open your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, check out your Dashboard’s charts and graphs. If the data reflects accurately, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

If you need more information on how to manage your account and finances. We have available resources and videos on our Help Articles page. You can select each to view the details.

I’d be happy to help with any other questions or concerns about your company file. Just drop a comment below. I’ll be here!

Your suggested solution doesnt work. In the incognito mode its still the same.

The chart showing monthly sale on dashboard is showing the incorrect figure since the past 2 weeks.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, faisalshivani.

I recommend contacting our Live Support Team since incorrect amounts are still showing after performing the recommended steps. That way, they can create a case under your company and find a fix for this.

How to contact customer support.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and click Start a chat.

I'm also adding this article to learn more about the QuickBooks dashboard: An introduction to the home dashboard. It contains details about searching transactions and managing user access to name a few.

Please let me know if you have other concerns aside from the inaccurate data showing up on the Dashboard. I'm just around to help you. Take care always.
