Hi there, @salesops.

At this time, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a specific template to have the total amount for GST to be shown in foreign and local currency. The system only uses the standard template.

However, QBO integrates with variety of third-party applications. You may check out for an app that supports this functionality.

I'm also adding here a link that you can check out about customizing invoice templates in QBO for reference: Customize templates

Let me know if there's anything else you need. I'll make sure you're all set. Have a good one!

I appreciate your prompt response, @salesops.

You may refer to the Home Currency that is set on your account to determine your company that is based in Singapore.

To do that:

  1. Click on Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Account and Settings
  3. Hit on Advanced.
  4. Refer to the Currency section and see the Home Currency

To give you more details about navigating QuickBooks Online and its great features, you can always check out this guide: QuickBooks Online (Singapore).

I'll be around to help if you have any other questions. Take care!
