Question

How do I make a voucher for a customer who made a payment for an invoice. The customer wants a receipt. Thank you.

I'll show you the esy steps, kaiz.

 

You can print the recorded payment or email them the receipt. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select Customers
  2. Click the customer's name and look for the Receive payment you created for the invoice.
  3. In the Receive payment window, you have the Print option at the bottom menu. 
  4. You also have the option to mail it by click Save and send. Just click the drop-down at the lower-right of the screen.
