I have imported a Chart of Accounts but with the wrong account type and detail type. How do I amend

First, make it inactive downloaded chart of accounts ( Chart of accounts > Action column > dropdown arrow Make inactive)

then edit the excel file to correct OR when importing into the QuickBooks Online select the correct TYPE and  DETAIL TYPE and others as you need and import again.
