[mobile app] where can I edit customer billing address from invoice?

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you edit your customer's information in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

You may need to reset your QuickBooks Online App. Here's how: 

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen. 
  2. Select the Reset App Data option on the drop-down selection. 

On the other hand, if you're referring to the address on your QuickBooks subscription invoice receipt, kindly follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription from the left menu.
  4. Click anywhere within the QuickBooks section, and under the Payment method, click the Edit hyperlink.
  5. The Payment Information window will appear. Update your Billing address. (Please see screenshot below)
  6. Click Save.

Once done, our system will automatically update your billing address within 24 hours.
