My recurring transactions invoices for January 2023 has been been printed out. Our schedule date suppose to be 27 Dec 2022 but up to now thee is nothing.

My recurring transactions invoices for January 2023 has been been printed out. Our schedule date suppose to be 27 Dec 2022 but up to now thee is nothing. I spoke tp Riza and another lady cannot recall her name. she said the team engineer are looking into it.

We received similar cases about recurring transactions that were not created automatically, clearh20-singnet.

 

Our engineers have been informed are already working on a resolution to address this issue. In the meantime, you can create the invoices manually and send them to your customers. 

 

I would also recommend calling our phone support so we can get your contact details. This way our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the INV-80450. Any progress will be communicated via email. Please follow these steps to get our contact information:

 

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select a topic and a sub-topic.
  4. Click Get Phone Number.
