Sales Person User Role

Hi, I am expanding the sales team but I cannot allow each individual sales to see another salesperson customers, estimates or AR. Is it possible to restrict?

Yes. We can do this by limiting their access, KennyTay.

 

Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Manage users.
  2. Click Add user.
  3. Select Standard user and then click Next.
  4. Tick the Limited button.
  5. Select Suppliers.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully setup the user.

Hi, 

 

Your solution is for the user to be able to see only supplier. What I meant is that I have 2 sales person, they can create estimates and customers but they can only see their own customers and estimates. 

 

The reason for this is, when the sales team gets bigger, we do not want all customers data from all the sales person to be seen by the rest of the sales team,

When you set up a standard user limited to customer and sales, they can see all sales transactions. We're unable to set a restriction to a specific customer only.
