We can resolve app-related issues by clearing the cache. From the Menu, go to the Help & Feedback, select Refresh Data, and then click Refresh. Another way is going to the device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage, then Offload App.

In addition, we need to make sure that the app is updated. Visit the App Store and update it from there. If the same thing happens, consider uninstalling the app, then reinstall.
