Keep getting error code while trying to update billing information

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

From there, check if you can update the info. If it does, I'd recommend clearing the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.

 

If private browsing doesn't work, you can use other supported browsers. This helps us check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
