Can I create a purchase order or Bill payment on the quickbook app?

The option to create purchase orders or bill payments is unavailable on QuickBooks App. 

You'll have to log in to QuickBooks using a web browser to perform these tasks.

Simply sign in to QuickBooks Online and click the +New icon. Then, select Pay bills or Purchase order and record your transactions.
