Yes, you can reverse a payment in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let's open the invoice and then unlink the payment.

1. Head to the Sales menu in your company and choose All Sales.
2. This will open a page that lists all your sales entries.
3. From there, look for the invoice you're working on and click on it to open the transaction details.
4. Click the 1 payment made link in the upper-right hand under the Payment Status and then tap the date of the entry.
5. On the Receive Payment screen, press the More option at the bottom of the screen and select Delete.
6. Tap Yes to confirm the deletion.
