Can I run a payroll, including deductions from quickbooks?

Let me share some information about payroll, @accounts195. 

The feature to run a payroll in QuickBooks Online (South Africa) is still unavailable. However, you can record those transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account manually.

You can track it by adding a payroll journal entry:

1. Click the + New button and click on Journal Entry.
2. Add all the necessary information like the date, debit and credit accounts.
3. Click on Save and new button once you’re done.

You can also consult an accountant to get advised what account to use when adding the transactions.
