I'll share details about receiving goods in the program, SamirC.

At the moment, QuickBooks Online does not have a delivery note feature when receiving inventories in QBO.

Although, you can print a delivery note on the customer side for their  invoices or sales receipts. You can read more details about this here: Create and Print a Delivery Note.

If you're doing it on the supplier's side for receiving goods, check out these articles for guidance and references:

In the meantime, you can create a purchase order and convert it to a bill when receiving inventories. Additional details about this are also discussed here : Add Purchase Orders to Expenses, Bills, or Checks in QuickBooks Online.
