How can I add a system onto quickbooks where I can send out bottles with orders and on return the system will register that and tell me how many bottles i have and dont?

For now, adding a feature that notifies you about your current inventory quantity (Quantity on Hand or QOH) when placing orders is unavailable in QuickBooks. The QOH levels will only be updated once you generate an invoice for the sale or purchase a transaction.

I recommend submitting this idea directly to our development team. They regularly review feedback from customers, which often influence and shape future software updates and improvements. Here are the steps to provide your input:

1. Go to Settings, then click Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

While this feature is unavailable within QuickBooks, you can explore third-party applications or add-ons that may offer the inventory notification functionality you desire. To find compatible apps, go to the  Apps menu and click Find apps, then look for the app in the Search field.
