If you're referring to reordering the bank accounts connected to your company file, you can accomplish it by clicking the Dropdown arrow beside the linked bank account. However, if you're referring to the one used when categorizing bank transactions in your bank feeds, please know that the option to reorganize it to show the most used is unavailable. You can utilize the search option to get to the account you want to use for your transactions. We'll write down the steps and attach screenshots for reference:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Transactions tab.
  3. Select Bank Transaction.
  4. Click the Dropdown arrow beside the bank that shows in your screen.
  5. Select Reorder accounts.
  6. Click the Pencil icon, and then drag the bank you'd like to go first in your list.
  7. Once done, click Save.

For visual reference, see the screenshot attached.
