Hi there, info-urbansteelw.

We are unable to add column fields in the bills transaction template. I recognize how convenient this feature is in managing vendor forms. As a workaround, you can include the VAT in the Memo and Description field to add additional information to the Bill form. Then, make an agreement with your supplier on the additional VAT.

I can see the importance of adding additional custom fields in the Bills and QuickBooks developers working hard to improve user experience to be more beneficial and efficient features and functionalities to speed up procedures that meet your business needs. For now, I recommend sending feedback to our product developers. They might consider your idea for future product enhancements when developing upcoming product changes.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your product suggestion. Then select Next to submit feedback.
