How do i delete products and services that i dont use

I can provide you with the information about deleting products in QuickBooks Online.

The option to delete products and services isn't available in QuickBooks Online. However, we can make them inactive. This way, it will be removed from the list. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu from the left panel. 
2. Click on the Products and Services tab. 
3. Locate the item and click the Edit drop-down.
4. Select Make inactive.
5. Click Yes.
