Question

I would like a column added on the Reconciliation page that will indicate if there is or is not an attachment to a payment/cheque. Who do I refer this request to?

I also find the attachment to a payment/cheque functional to add it on the column of the Reconciliation page since this will indicate that this has been clearing out QuickBooks transactions. Please know that our main priority is to boost your experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Some abilities and functions in our system that you see today originated from our customers' thoughts.

 

You can refer this request to our Product Development team by submitting feedback through your QBO account. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear on the top right.
  2. Select Feedback.

  3. Enter your request and click the Camera icon to add a photo to where it will be showing.

  4. Hit Next to submit.

Also, if you want to remove some columns on the reconciliation page, you can click the mini Gear icon just beside the Printer icon. Then uncheck the box to hide a column.
