My credit card tranactions are nor pulling through on my quickbooks. its linked and updating but no transactions are pulling through for review and allocation

Hi there, 

 

I'll assist you in ensuring that your bank transactions are downloaded to QuickBooks Online.

 

Once you connect your bank or credit card account, QuickBooks downloads the most recent available transactions every day—the time depends on your bank. If your downloads are stuck or you want the most recent available transactions, we can perform a manual update.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation menu, go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions
  2. Choose Bank transactions .
  3. Select Update.

 

This will update all of your linked bank and credit card accounts. If QuickBooks downloads new transactions, the number of transactions in each account tile will increase. If you receive a message requesting additional authentication, proceed with the update by following the on-screen instructions. Although not all banks require it, some do for added security.
