My Ref No is stuck on "To Print" so I can't enter the Cheque No - How can I change this please?

I'm happy to have you here in the Community, @userqbo1. I'll share some insights about your concern, along with a quick fix so you can proceed to enter your cheque number.

 

The reason why it is stuck on "To Print" and you're unable to enter the number for your cheque is because you've ticked the box for Print later. You'll want to unticked the box so you can proceed to enter a number on your check no. section. To unticked the box, here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to +New, and then select Check under the VENDORS column.
  3. Enter the necessary details, and then unticked the box for Print later under the Cheque no. section.
  4. Once done, click Save and Close.
