Question

When I try to see my bank transactions in the app for allocation it shows no transactions. Some transactions are downloaded on the desktop version, how do I find it?

A feature in the app may stop functioning if the app's storage is nearing its limit. It could be the reason you don't see those bank transactions inside your mobile application. You'll want to clear the app's data to free its space for you to load the latest bank transactions. I can input the steps below to get you going.

 

For iOS users, these are the steps:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

 If you're using Android, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Thank you for the feedback @Kurt_M 

 

I tried the instructions above including reinstalling the app.

 

No change. When selecting Review Transactions.

It pops up to say Getting latest banking data

then change to Connect account

 

I have my account connected though and it is working on my desktop platform.

Can you tell me what bank institution you are trying to connect with your account? Also, did you receive any error messages? This information will help me provide an accurate solution for this matter.

However, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools that can further isolate this matter to identify its root cause. They can also create an investigation ticket if necessary.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
