When update bank account (Capitec) the total amount for bank is updated, but not the individual transactions to classify, which means financials are outdated

Let's try updating your bank account manually. This helps refresh the connectivity between your bank's website into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Choose your bank.
  3. Click the Update button.
