Hi @thingal-digicomm,

Thank you for dropping by here in the Community. I can help you view purchase orders linked to a bill in QuickBooks.

When viewing an existing bill, your linked transactions should show in the upper-left or upper-right corner of the screen. It should show as a hyperlink which you can click to expand the details.

Here's how:

  1. Open the bill.
  2. Click the hyperlink above the vendor name (ex. 2 linked transactions).
  3. View the linked transactions.

In case you don't see any linked transactions, please review the purchase order. It may be possible that it wasn't properly added to the bill transaction. For the detailed instructions, check out this link: Add purchase orders to expenses, bills, or cheques in QuickBooks Online.

I've also attached an article you can use to correct an amount on a bill when applying a purchase order, as well as how to turn off the Auto Recall setting in QuickBooks: Bill created from purchase order has incorrect or higher amount.

Leave a comment below if you need further help linking purchase orders to a bill. I'll be happy to help you some more.
