Why can't I see all my customers transactions from previous years?

I have tried the filter option and chose All Transactions, still does not show

Let's work together to bring back your customer transactions. Doing some troubleshooting steps can help eliminate any browser-related issues. 

 

We can open your account in a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't store any cache. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below: 

 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N

• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P

• Safari: Command Option P

 

After logging in, go to the Customers page. If you see the transactions, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache helps refresh your browser settings. Then, make sure to close and re-open your browser afterward. You can also try using a different supported browser.

 

Also, make sure to change the date range to the previous year.
