Hi There,I have experiencing some difficulty in editing existing Bills. I just need to correct the product/service without the Bill having to be deleted and re-entered!

QuickBooks Online allows you to edit a bill even if it's already linked to a bill payment. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Expenses.
2. In the Expenses tab, double-click on the bill.
3. Update the items.
4. Click on Save and close.

Let's also make sure to use the Master or Company Admin's access. That's because other custom users don't have the capability to edit transactions. 

I would also want to know if did you get any error messages? If so, you can try to use a private browser when editing the bill. For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N then log into QuickBooks Online.
