I have two casual staff that are under 18 and worked less than 30 hours in a week but the system has calculated superannuation. It is an Australian business

I'll need a bit more information to understand exactly why superannuation is calculating for these employees. Are you able to provide me the information requested below? 

  • Select the employee, enter the Pay Run Defaults and confirm the Primary Pay Category for each employee
  • Confirm the Pay Schedule of each employee in the Pay Run Defaults
  • Provide the Pay Rate and if it is paid per hour, per day, or per annum
  • Enter the Payroll Settings, select Pay Categories, confirm Accrues Leave is unticked for the above listed Pay Category
