I want to get a list of all the expenses i paid to one particular company for the last financial year

You can run the Transaction List by Supplier report in QuickBooks Online to view the list of expenses paid to a supplier. Let me guide you how:

1. Click on the Reports tab,
2. Search the report name Transactions List by Supplier.
3. Click on Switch to classic view.
4. Click on Customise button.
5. Set a report period to show on the report.
6. Click on Filter and tick box for Supplier and select the specific company/supplier name.
7. Click on Run report.

From the report you can also click on Export to Excel or Save customisation
