Is there anyway I can invite staff to timesheet their billable time without showing the billable rate?

Invited staff to access timesheet can only see hours worked, and enter timesheet but unable to view rates.  

Here's how to invite a sure for time tracking:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top. 
2. Select Manage Users. 
3. Click the Add user tab. 
4. Choose Time tracking only and click Next. 
5. Select the staff name and click Next. 
6. Enter necessary information. 
7. Select Save.
