Purcchase order form

Please advise if we can amend the appearance of the Purchase Order form including adding fields, removing the activity field,  remove the  approved by / date text or is this the only layout available etc.

No, purchase orders can not be customized

I am surprised that QB has not provided their users an option to change layout,  customize or at a minimum remove free text. Or am I the only being pedantic.

 

Any solutions as to how we can issue professional documents. Will we have to retype in a word document?

    QBO is very limited in what you can do, unlike desktop, why is anyone's guess.

     

    The PO has another problem too, has existed for over a year now, if you use the SKU field on the PO, it shows on screen but does not print.
