Let's address your concerns one at a time, Koala.

For the first question, it's a yes. We can create bills and attach documents to it. Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Create menu (+) and select Bills.
2. Enter the bill details.
3. At the bottom of the Bill page, click Attachments. You can also drag the document in the Attachments field.
4. Click Save and close.

For the second one, we don't have an optical character recognition options or tools. You can search for a third-party application with the same function and can integrate with QuickBooks Online.
