I'd like to know more about this, though. Are you trying to connect Paypal through the bank account? 

If you are, you can follow these steps:

1. Click Banking.
2. Go to Link account or Connect account.
3. Enter the bank's name or URL, then select it.
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter the credentials, then click Sign in.
6. Follow the on-screen steps to connect your bank.
7. Select the bank account.
8. Select how far back you want to download transactions, then click Connect. 

Once done, transactions will be downloaded. You can categorise and match them.

That's what i'm talking, bank feed is the most inconvenient factor for using quickbook,,, They need to solve this asap
