Let me provide you a few information about connecting PayPal Singapore, User100000.

For now, connecting PayPal Singapore through a bank account is unavailable. You'll want to connect your bank to your PayPal account instead so you can download transactions to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

At the same time, I suggest using the Request support for your bank option if you want to add PayPal Singapore as one of the supported financial institutions that can be connected with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. From the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select Add account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution.
  4. If you’re still unable to find your bank, select Request support for your bank.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

While we strive and continue to work with the bank to develop a direct connection, you can manually import the transactions via CVS upload. To give you more details on how to do this, you can follow the steps in this article: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.

Moreover, after you connect your bank and credit card accounts. QuickBooks tries to look for a match with transactions you've already entered. Learn more details on how you can add and match them by following this article: Categorise And Match Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online

What is going on with QB???

Paypal worked seamlessly for years and 6 months ago it stopped!! Same happened with DBS...

where is the connectivity? Why is your product getting worse instead of improving?!

This isn't the experience we want you to have, @AndreasP.

I have a way to have your PayPal and DBS connectivity to QuickBooks fixed.

Every day, depending on your bank, QuickBooks downloads the most recent accessible transactions. We can do a manual download if downloads seem to be stuck or if you want the most recent transactions available. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, and select Transactions.
  2. Choose Bank transactions.
  3. Click Update.

If downloads seem delayed or stuck, the problem can be with the bank. To check, log in to the website of your bank. You may proceed as follows:

Make sure to check the URL QuickBooks uses to connect your bank:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link accountNote: You won’t add an account, you just need the listed URL.
  3. Search for your bank and select it.
  4. Copy the URL listed for your bank.
  5. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.

If everything is going well on the bank's end, and you happened to make changes in your account, we can update that info in QB as well. I'll demonstrate:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account. Then select the Edit ✎ icon.
  3. Select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Update your info as needed.

If you've received an error message during any of the processes, you may follow this link to resolve them: Fix specific bank errors

Furthermore, after you connect your credit card and bank accounts. QuickBooks tries to match up new transactions with those you've already entered. By reading this article, you may find out more information about how to match and add them:  Categorise And Match Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online
