While adding a purchase order to a cheque or bill or expense, can the purchase orders listed be ordered chronologically/date-wise or as per the reference number for ease of identification?

Welcome to the Community, vnyauma.

I'm here to share some information about purchase orders in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When adding purchase orders to a cheque, bill, or expense, it uses a default order which is from recent down to the oldest date.
